Full Wedding Planning

 Is an extensive service where the wedding planner assists you in every aspect of the wedding, from the initial stages to the final execution. This comprehensive service includes everything from selecting vendors, such as florists, caterers, and photographers, to managing budgets, creating timelines, and overseeing all logistical details. The planner works closely with the couple to understand their vision and brings it to life, offering guidance, recommendations, and support throughout the entire planning process. Partial Wedding Planning

Offers a middle ground between full-service planning and complete DIY (Do-It-Yourself) planning. This service is tailored to meet the specific needs of the couple. It allows you to select certain aspects of the wedding you want assistance with while managing other elements on your own. Couples might opt for partial planning to get professional guidance on specific areas, such as vendor selection, design concepts, or timeline creation, while maintaining control over other aspects. It provides flexibility and support where needed while allowing the couple to actively participate in the planning process. Team work €2.000

 

Day-of Coordination

Also known as wedding day coordination or month-of coordination, focuses on managing the logistical details and ensuring a smooth execution of the wedding day itself. Unlike full or partial planning, this service typically begins a month or so before the wedding day. The coordinator becomes familiar with all the wedding details, vendors, and timelines. On the wedding day, they oversee the setup, manage the schedule and program, coordinate with vendors, and troubleshoot any unexpected issues, allowing you and your families to fully immerse in the celebration without worrying about the operational aspects. Day-of coordination ensures that the your vision is executed flawlessly on such special day. The best date of your life for €1.400

How it works

 

Before the event:

Meeting to define a budget and checklist of all vendors and products needed to be hired;

Design floor plan

Quotes and help negotiate with all vendors; set appointments, as well as help with contracts;

Contact all vendors hired to send a timeline of the event and to confirm all items, time for delivery/ arrival, and take care of any last pendency if any;

Ceremony rehearsal one day before, venue walk through

 

Day of event

Receive all products and vendors, set up and breakdown of ceremony and reception;

Table settings and reservations;

Coordination of ceremony and reception music with DJ/band

Reception of guests;

Ceremony coordination and of all moments (pictures, cake cutting, toast, greetings, speeches, first dance, dance floor opening, bouquet throw)

Orientation and coordination of bar and food services start time, as well as making sure the distribution is on time and in the right portion and temperature;

Verification of all the reception area is kept clean throughout the event

Resolve unforeseen events and emergencies;
